Designed interior and exterior elements for the Trillium Line – Ottawa (O Train) and public sector for SNC Lavalin partnership with NORR. (TNEXT).

Design Technologies Coordinator, Diamond and Schmitt Architects (2018 – 6 contract):
Joined Diamond and Schmitt Architects to enhance my design skills whilst coordinating some of the largest projects in Ontario including Michael Garron hospital, York University and University of Toronto – Scarborough.

Intermediate Architectural Technologist / Designer, IBI Group: Page + Steele (2017 – 2018):
IBI approached me to advance BIM and drafting abilities in the Page + Steele Group whilst continuing to draft. My daily
routines included draft on unique hotel, restaurant and residential projects.

Intermediate Architectural Technologist / Designer, SvN Architects + Planners (2017 – 3-month Contract):
Joined SvN to assist in the development of BIM standards and drafting abilities for client such as Castlepoint Numa.

Joined Adamson to consult and solve architectural / BIM issues regarding a high-profile development.

BIM Manager – Technologist, Kirkor Architects and Planners: (2015 – 2016):
I managed BIM models in Revit and coordinate existing staff members on landmark mixed-use high-rise residential
condominium and retail developments across Canada for blockbuster clients including Tridel, Axiom and Sherwood Home. Daily I had to teach BIM and BIM standards to new and existing employees of Kirkor.

BIM Specialist - Architectural Technologist, ATCO (2014 – 15):
Coordinated architectural / construction / electrical / mechanical drafting and drafted in Revit and CAD for clients in the energy / industrial sector including Kiewit. ATCO is Canada’s largest engineering / industrial company.

Architectural Technologist, Cassidy (2014 – Summer Contract):
Drafted 200 residential dwellings within the 6-week contract for Country Homes and Brookfield Homes.

Having obtained a Master’s at university in Urban Design has enhanced my abilities to analyze data in Excel, draft and
design CAD / Microstation / Revit files, understand the implications of planning policies on the economic, legal, social, cultural, architectural and physical levels. This program further advanced my design abilities, construction / building knowledge whilst under the pressure of having employment simultaneously.

Town and Country Planning, BA. Honors, U.W.E. (2009 – 12):
In order to further my skills and knowledge after achieving an architectural technologist diploma from Centennial
College in Toronto, I became a qualified planning officer to diversify my work experience.

Architectural Technology, (Co-op), Advanced Diploma, Centennial College (2007 – 10):
Centennial College successfully developed my abilities to interpret and draft/render architectural drawings in CAD and
Revit whilst developing my principal knowledge of design, completing material take offs from completed working drawings utilizing Excel, Revit and CAD, structures, construction methods/ building sciences. Centennial College and the Co-op placements taught me how to proof quotes, zoning by-laws, understand construction methods/ construction techniques/ building sciences, the Ontario Planning Act, building codes (OBC), Environmental Assessment Act, the Greenbelt Act and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.
